Lily Soderstrom (pictured left) grew up in the Gulf Coast region of Texas and Louisiana, from which her culinary roots continue to flourish. An adventuresome "foodie" she loves to create hearty, soulful dining experiences for her guests.
Professional culinary history ranges from running a cafe at a yacht basin on Lake Travis outside Austin, Texas in her early 20’s, to head chef at a delicatessen on Bainbridge Island, Washington and various catering gigs around the island. She has been known for her Southern hospitality and generous nature. A sense of fun and love for the arts and music makes Back Porch Bar-B-Q the perfect venue for entertaining.
