Potato Ricer

This versatile potato ricer sports a nifty green stripe and is ready to race through piles of potatoes. Besides fluffy, lump-free mashed potatoes, a ricer can be used to make baby food, applesauce or spaetzle. It is also terrific for "squeeze drying" cooked spinach for omelettes or lasagna. The countoured handles are comfortable to use, while the pot extension holds the ricer steady over most pots. Comes with two stainless steel plates, medium and coarse.
