CULINARY APPLE's SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are fully guaranteed except for incorrect / incomplete addresses or if the recipient is away. We reserve the right to substitute equal or higher value depending on the product availability.
Street addresses must be complete including zip code – P.O. BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
You may order and ship apple gift packs October 15th thru 1st of April. We guarantee fresh harvested apples!
Fresh apple orders shipped to Washington, Oregon and Idaho go UPS ground on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.All other states are shipped 3 day select on Mondays and Tuesdays to guarantee freshness. Should you select UPS ground to all other states, we cannot guarantee freshness due to length of travel and weather conditions. We reserve the right to delay shipping under severe weather conditions.
Any shipment containing alcohol must be delivered to someone 21 yrs of age or older. We can ship alcohol to the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY. Our carrier will request a signature and ID from a recipient over 21 years old.. Alcohol cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or PO box.
Non-perishable gift box orders are shipped next business day. Saturday orders are sent on Monday.
