This 9" bread knife is part of Shun's Classic collection. It features tasteful and contemporary design, with a Damascus-clad blade and D-shaped ebony PakkaWood handle. Behind the beauty of the knife is function: razor-sharp blades offering the most extreme performance possible. Shun's VG10 steel, known for it's incredible edge retention, is clad with Damascus stainless steel, then bead-blasted, revealing a woodgrain pattern that allows the blade to slide easily through food.
