The Cheese Knife
Originally designed as a soft-cheese knife, the technology also works well for cutting butter, foie gras, boiled eggs, cake, or anything which would stick to ordinary knife blades. Made of Ultem Resin, it has a heat resistance of 430° F. The Cheese Knife is stain resistant and dishwasher safe.
