Aromatics burst with a smooth oak and woody character, while the balance of fruit to oak is superb. Plum and red cherry flavors abound. This wine is well balanced and finishes with mouth watering acidity and plenty of tannins. This robust red wine has cellaring potential for four to eight years. Pair this food-friendly wine with roasted beef and a rich demi glace.
