Our fudge is homemade in Culinary Apple's commercial kitchen in Chelan, WA. What makes it special? We make all our fudge with real cream and butter, and only use the highest quality chocolate and flavorings. But the real secret to the creamy texture we're known for is all in the mixing. 

All our fudge is Gluten Free unless we add cookies or other add-ins that contain gluten. This one is gluten free!
