Shucker Paddy Oyster Knife

The knife handle fits the palm comfortably. The 3 inch notched stainless steel blade has sharpened edges along the top and bottom. Traditional oyster knives have only one axis running straight down the middle. The Shucker Paddy has two - one down the blade and the other down the angle of the grip. This gives the knife a lot more leverage and less force is required.
